We’ve officially onboarded a large wave of new Digital Operations Specialists this week — welcome to all our new members! With that said, it’s more important than ever that you book your daily training calls at least 2–3 days in advance.
⛔️ If you fail to schedule ahead, there is a very high chance you will miss critical information that helps you succeed here.
No exceptions will be made. As a member of our core operations team, it is your responsibility to:
✅ Use the scheduling portal
✅ Show up to your assigned session on time
✅ Track your leads and progress daily
✅ PROGRESS REPORT
We’ve now officially entered Day 3 of training for those who’ve been showing up and staying consistent — congratulations 🎉
We’ve received amazing feedback from the focus groups and are beginning to break into smaller specialist teams. Keep it up — the top performers are going to be eligible for our first round of career path upgrades next week!

Gain access to the Team Folder
Connect your lead tracker
Make sure your activity is being monitored properly
Not being linked to the folder will prevent you from advancing and possibly cost you your ability to be hired for $30/HR.
